RETURN POLICY

·Did you change your mind and want to make a return?

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping fee, but we’ll handle the rest. For products to be eligible for return, they must be:

1.In their original, undamaged condition.
2.In their original packaging. Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use similar packaging to ensure the product will not be broken or damaged during shipment.

·Did you receive damaged or defective items?

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We offer free returns and exchanges for any products with quality issues, in addition to a 10% discount for your next purchase as our apology for the inconvenience. To ensure that we can address the problem effectively, we may ask for photos of the damage or request that you return the original item. We reserve the right to refuse service for any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.
When photos are required, please provide photos that:

1.Show the entire item (if possible, examine the item outside of the box, even if the packaging is damaged).
2.Show the packaging, if available.
3.Show the damage clearly.

·Did you receive the wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We’d be happy to offer you a free return or exchange. To ensure that we can address the problem effectively, we may ask for photos of the wrong item received or request that you return the original item. We reserve the right to refuse service for any item reported as the wrong product more than 30 days after the delivery date.

When photos are required, please provide photos that:

1.Show the entire item (examine the item outside of the box, even if it is incorrect based on packaging/naming).

2.For products that are the wrong size, show the incorrect size of the product and/or the box that displays the incorrect measurements.

3.Show the packaging/model number details on the box.

  • ·Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

  • ·Bundled items at discounted rates

For items purchased on our website, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Please make sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.
