·Shipping Options

Standard Parcel Shipping: Free delivery by UPS or FEDEX

For products over 94 inches in size,we recommend contacting our customer service team and arranging for self-pickup at the warehouse to avoid any potential damage by express shipping.

·Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days(this excludes weekends and public holidays). Delivery time may vary based on your location. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your convenience.


When purchasing on our website, KOSMONIA offers free shipping.

If you discover any quality issues with the received items, please contact our customer service team for a free return or exchange.

If you are not satisfied with the items you received, we offer a 30-day no-reason-necessary return and exchange policy. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee, but we’ll take care of the rest.

·Shipping Restrictions

  • ·KOSMONIA offers shipping to US addresses, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and remote islands in the Caribbean.
  • ·KOSMONIA can’t currently support delivery for international orders, PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Email us at for additional information.

·Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship your order in multiple packages to ensure delivery time and product safety. There will be no additional shipping fee.

·Refused Packages

If your package can not be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs, taxes, and other local charges incurred on the package for both original and return shipments.

·Lost or Stolen Packages

  • KOSMONIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package tracking shows that your order was delivered to your address, but it is missing, you must report the loss to our customer service team within 1 week of delivery notification. Upon receiving your report, we will initiate an inquiry with our shipping carrier to identify and resolve the problem.
  • KOSMONIA is not liable for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.


Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped. If your package has already shipped, you can proceed with our returns process once you receive your package. If you have any questions about cancelling an order, please contact our customer service team via email for more assistance.
